Nick's 7 week exercise regime is the 6 week regime plus the following....
Bridge using Swiss Ball
Swinging hamstring stretch (Nick was finding the standing hamstring stretch caused pain in his calf)
Sit to stand with 5/6 kg weight
We don't know what to call this one, it's a sort of upside down one legged/armed plank! Ultimately Nick is aiming to be able to raise himself to horizontal with one foot in the air - he has a long way to go...
