The below are the exercises that Nick started post his flare-up as he approached his 5th week post-op. He will also start swimming again, and continue walking each day. He is aiming to do the below three times a day, although he will introduce the new exercises gradually.
- Warm up on stationary bike, 5 mins
- Standing hamstring stretches
- Wobble board lunges, forwards and sideways
- Ankle paddles, at 70, 30 and 10 degrees
- Bent knee crucifix
- Swiss ball arm swing
