In a few days time my 15 year old son, Nick, will be having
a microdiscectomy to help with a L5/S1 herniated disc. Having spent the last 12
months trying to find out about disc hernias in teenagers, without much luck, I
hope to publish regular updates to this blog to help anyone else out there in a
similar situation. If you are reading this because you/your child has a disc hernia I wish you luck and hope that this blog will help you. Rosey
